Cancellation policy
At Dungeons Consulting, we sell tabletop gaming products including roleplaying books, dice, miniatures, and trading card game products such as Magic: The Gathering items. This policy explains how order cancellations work for purchases made through our Shopify store.
1. Standard Orders (Books, Dice, Accessories, Miniatures)
Orders for in-stock physical products may be cancelled before shipment.
If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, please contact us immediately at:
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still have return rights under our Refund Policy and applicable EU consumer law.
2. Pre-Orders
Some products may be sold as pre-orders, including upcoming books, miniatures, card sets, or limited releases.
Pre-orders may be cancelled any time before shipment unless otherwise clearly stated on the product page.
If a pre-order is significantly delayed, you may request cancellation and a full refund.
Release dates are estimates and may change based on distributor availability.
3. Trading Card Products (Magic: The Gathering and Similar TCG Products)
Because sealed trading card products and collectible items may fluctuate in market value and availability:
- Orders may only be cancelled before shipment
- Opened booster packs, boxes, decks, or sealed card products cannot be returned once opened unless defective
- We reserve the right to cancel orders caused by inventory errors, allocation limits, or pricing mistakes, with full refund
For fairness, we may limit quantities of high-demand releases.
4. Randomized / Mystery Products (if offered)
Where products contain random assortments (such as mystery bundles or sealed packs), returns are not accepted solely because specific contents were not received, unless required by law or the product is faulty.
5. Subscription / Recurring Orders
If we offer recurring purchase options in the future (such as monthly dice boxes or hobby subscriptions), they may be cancelled before the next billing date through your customer account or by contacting support.
If no subscriptions are currently offered, this section does not apply.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- damaged books
- missing components
- broken miniatures
- incorrect card products
- wrong items
please contact us promptly with photos where relevant.
You may be entitled to replacement, refund, or another remedy under applicable law.

8. Refunds After Cancellation
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights under EU or Danish law, including statutory withdrawal and defect rights where applicable.
