Shipping policy

At Dungeons Consulting, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and transparently in accordance with applicable EU and Danish consumer laws.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Denmark
  • Sweden
  • Norway
  • Germany
  • Other EU countries
  • USA
  • Canada

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or Danish public holidays are processed on the next business day.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Denmark 1–3 business days
Sweden 2–5 business days
Germany 3–7 business days
Rest of EU 3–10 business days
Norway / non-EU 5–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.

If no specific delivery date has been agreed, delivery will occur within 30 days from purchase, in accordance with EU consumer law.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • delivery destination
  • package weight
  • selected shipping method

All shipping charges are clearly shown before payment is completed.


5. Tracking Information

Where available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


6. Risk and Responsibility

We remain responsible for the goods until they have been delivered to you or a person designated by you.

If your parcel is lost or damaged during transport, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.


7. Delays

If delivery is delayed significantly, we will inform you as soon as possible.

If we cannot deliver within a reasonable additional period, you may have the right to cancel the purchase and receive a full refund in accordance with EU and Danish consumer rules.


8. Uncollected or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is not collected, refused without legal reason, or returned to us due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, we may deduct the direct return shipping costs from any refund.


9. Customs, VAT and Import Fees

EU Orders

Prices shown to EU customers include applicable VAT where required. No customs duties apply within the EU single market.

Non-EU Orders

Local customs charges, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
