Refund policy
At Dungeons Consulting, we want you to shop with confidence. This Refund Policy explains your rights under applicable EU and Danish consumer laws, including your statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer within the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you or a person designated by you receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly notify us before the deadline by email.

You may use a clear statement such as:
I hereby withdraw from my purchase of order #[number].
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you cancel within the legal withdrawal period:
- we will refund all payments received for the returned item(s)
- standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded where legally required
- refund will be made using the same payment method where possible
- refund will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment
We may withhold reimbursement until goods are received back or documentation of return is provided.
3. Return of Goods
Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.
Unless otherwise agreed, the customer bears the direct cost of return shipping.
Items should be packed securely to avoid transport damage.
4. Diminished Value
You are only liable for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
This means you may inspect products as you would in a physical shop, but excessive use may reduce your refund.
5. Non-Returnable / Exempt Items
The right of withdrawal may not apply to:
- sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
- custom-made or clearly personalized products
- digital content delivered immediately with prior consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal rights
- goods inseparably mixed after delivery
- services fully performed with prior consent
Where applicable, this will be clearly stated before purchase.
6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Goods
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us promptly with:
- order number
- description of issue
- photos where relevant
You may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund under applicable law.
7. Danish / EU Legal Warranty (Reklamationsret)
Consumers may have statutory complaint rights for defective goods under Danish law, including up to 2 years for non-conforming products.
This policy does not limit any mandatory legal rights.
